Where They Are Now

The Santa Barbara operation remains his current work, and the wines still carry a clear house voice shaped by Matthias Pippig. Signature

Matthias's signature wines include Polly Anne, Ode to Sunshine, Endangered Species, Insouciance, and Loner the Golden Hour. Together, they map the range of his style: electric blends with movement, atmosphere, and an architectural frame. The names vary, but the through-line is the same—intervention used as a working method to bring character into focus.
