Mattia Vezzola trained at Conegliano. From there, the arc of his professional life does not wander so much as settle into focus, finding its center in Moniga del Garda and in the patient discipline of the house he has made his own.

The Work Today

He works as winemaker there, carrying forward a family story that begins, in his own telling, in 1928. In that sentence, the vineyard becomes more than a site of production. It becomes a place where respect is practiced daily, where wisdom is not abstract but etched into routine, and where the responsibility of making wine is the responsibility of inheritance.

Mattia's signature wines include Rosamara, Maim, Molmenti 2015, and Mattia Vezzola 'Cremant Metodo Classico'. Together, they sketch a style that is anchored in continuity yet attentive to nuance, each name carrying the imprint of a specific idea within the larger life of Costaripa.
