i. Biography
Mauro Cirilli is Estate Director at Brave & Maiden Estate in Santa Barbara Wine Country. He grew up near Venice, Italy, learned winemaking from his grandfather, and built a long wine-industry career that included lead sommelier at Aqua Restaurant, Wine Director at Perbacco, Wine & Beverage Director for Sidecar Hospitality Group, Tasting Room Manager at Littorai, and Vice President of Beverage for Boca Restaurant Group.
