Maéva Rougeoreille is the head sommelier at L’Auberge du Père Bise – Jean Sulpice in Talloires-Montmin on Lake Annecy, where she oversees a large cellar and wine program. Before joining Jean Sulpice in 2022, she worked for several years in Paris at Mandarin Oriental with David Biraud and later held sommelier roles in Australia.
