Max Ng

Max Ng is a Singapore-born chef who has worked in the Momofuku restaurant group in New York, including as chef de cuisine at Momofuku Ko and later as executive chef of Momofuku Ssäm Bar. Michelin Guide coverage described him as the executive chef at Momofuku Ssäm Bar and noted that his menu drew on Southeast Asian roots, including dishes inspired by Singapore and Malaysia. Prior to joining David Chang’s operation in New York, he worked for the Les Amis Group in Singapore.
