Mélanie Zervos

Mélanie Zervos is the chef at Le Clos Saint Martin - La Métairie in Arvigna, Ariège, France, where she and partner Mickaël Cappella welcome guests at the restaurant in a small village between Mirepoix and Pamiers.. Mélanie previously worked at Gilles Goujon’s restaurant and spent five years in Coutens before opening the Arvigna venue on 11 June 2021. By early 2026, she had also begun offering individual cooking classes and was reported to be ending traditional restaurant service from 15 February.
