Michael Bauböck is the head chef at Steirereck im Stadtpark in Vienna, where he works alongside Heinz Reitbauer; Michelin’s 2025 coverage identifies him as Head Chef, and Gault&Millau reported in 2023 that Reitbauer promoted him from sous-chef to Küchenchef.
