i. Biography
Michaël Fulci is the chef of Les Terraillers in Biot, in the Alpes-Maritimes. The restaurant says he learned his trade at Moulin de Mougins and with Alain Ducasse, and that he took charge of the kitchen at Les Terraillers, earning a Michelin star soon after. He is first became chef at the family restaurant in 2007 and that the ownership/management transition from his parents progressed over time, with his role as sole owner noted in later sources.
