i. Biography
Michael Gollenz is an Austrian chef who led the kitchen at Restaurant Alfred Keller at Boutique Hotel Alhambra in Mali Lošinj, Croatia. Under his leadership, Alfred Keller received its first Michelin star in 2021, and he was later recognized by Gault&Millau Croatia with the 2022 “Great Chef of Tomorrow” trophy. In 2026, coverage in Gault&Millau and regional press indicated he moved on to become Executive Chef at Appenzeller Huus in Gonten, Switzerland.
