Michael O'Hare

Michael O'Hare is a British chef from Middlesbrough, England, best known as chef-patron of The Man Behind The Curtain in Leeds, which earned a Michelin star. He previously worked in kitchens including John Burton-Race’s at L’Ortolan and later at Noma in Copenhagen before opening The Blind Swine in York and then launching his Leeds restaurant in 2014. He has also appeared on BBC programs including Great British Menu, Yes Chef, and MasterChef, and later served as creative director of GG Hospitality.
