i. Biography
Michael Senich is the Executive Chef and Vice President of Culinary Development for LongHorn Steakhouse, where he is responsible for creating and enhancing menu items across the chain’s restaurants. He has spent more than 34 years in the restaurant industry, beginning with Marriott International, then working at Walt Disney World Resort and later overseeing product development for Red Lobster before joining LongHorn.
