Michael Smith

Michael Smith is the chef patron and co-owner of Loch Bay, the Michelin-starred restaurant in Stein on the Isle of Skye, where he serves a contemporary Scottish menu with French influences and a Skye Fruits de Mer focus. He began working in local restaurants at age 15 and opened Loch Bay in early 2016; the restaurant won a Michelin star the following year.
