i. Biography
Michael Steh is a Canadian culinary leader whose hospitality career includes executive chef roles at The Chase in Toronto and Reds Wine Tavern, and later senior culinary leadership at Browns Restaurant Group in Vancouver. In 2013 he was is the chef for the soon-to-open The Chase, where he emphasized sustainable fish, and by 2016 he was executive chef of The Chase in Toronto before moving into Browns’ culinary leadership in 2016.
