Michel Roux Jr.

Michel Roux Jr. is an English-French chef best known as the chef patron of Le Gavroche in London, which he joined in 1991 and led until the restaurant closed in January 2024. He is the son of Albert Roux and, through Le Gavroche, was associated with one of Britain’s most influential Michelin-starred restaurants. He is its chef patron and notes his long tenure there since 1985. He has also been credited in coverage with roles beyond Le Gavroche, including work as a culinary partner at Cunard and as food and beverage consultant at The Langham, London.
