i. Biography
Mickaël Guyader is a French pastry chef and consultant from Nantes. He trained with Les Compagnons du Devoir and later worked as a pastry trainer at École Ducasse from 2019 to 2022, before moving into consulting and training. In 2025, he was part of the French team that became vice-world champion at the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie.
