Mickaël Pihours

Mickaël Pihours is a chef based in Saumur, Pays de la Loire, who opened La Table by Mi-K’L in January 2024 after leaving Le Gambetta, where he worked as chef de cuisine from August 2006 to December 2022. He is the ex-chef of Michelin-starred Le Gambetta and note that he had earned a Michelin star there, which he retained through 2021.
