Miho Imada is the kuramoto (president) and toji (master brewer) at Imada Sake Brewery (Imada Shuzō Honten) in Akitsu, Hiroshima. She became the brewery's toji after six years as an apprentice brewer, and took on the role of kuramoto. Earlier in her career, she worked in cultural coordination and event production in Tokyo.
