Formation
Freelance bartending is a practical apprenticeship in speed, reading a room, and making service decisions without much insulation. Early in her career, Minakshi Singh worked that route, building the fluency and instinct that later shaped her work behind the bar. Today, the work is carried through several trade-facing platforms: Minakshi Singh is co-founder of Cocktails & Dreams (since 2012), co-founder of SideCar (since 2018), and co-founder of India Bartender Show.
