i. Biography
Mitch Lienhard is a U.S. chef who won the S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2016 competition and was chef de cuisine at Manresa in California when the restaurant retained three Michelin stars under his leadership. He began his career in Florida, worked at The Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, moved to Chicago to work under Curtis Duffy at Avenues and Grace, and later held leadership roles at Saison and Manresa before joining Daniel Boulud’s team in New York.
