Mitch Lienhard is a U.S. He began his career in Florida, worked at The Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, moved to Chicago to work under Curtis Duffy at Avenues and Grace, and later held leadership roles at Saison and Manresa before joining Daniel Boulud’s team in New York.
