Monica Berg

Monica Berg is a Norwegian bartender and entrepreneur based in London, best known as co-founder and co-owner of Tayēr + Elementary, which opened on Old Street in 2019 with Alex Kratena. Her work also includes the non-profit bartending symposium P(our) and the liqueur brand MUYU, and she was named Bartenders’ Bartender at The World’s 50 Best Bars in 2019. In 2022, Campari Academy identified her as the industry leader and co-owner of Tayēr + Elementary when appointing her Creative Director of Campari Academy Lab.
