Anton Forte is an Australian hospitality operator and co-founder of Swillhouse, the Sydney venue group behind The Baxter Inn, which opened in the CBD in 2010/2011 as a whisky-focused basement bar. He is publicly identified as a founder and managing director of Swillhouse in Sydney, and media coverage associates him with The Baxter Inn, Shady Pines Saloon, Frankie’s Pizza, Restaurant Hubert, Alberto’s Lounge, Le Foote, The Caterpillar Club, and Barons.
