Jason Scott is an Australian hospitality entrepreneur associated with The Baxter Inn in Sydney’s CBD, which opened in 2010 as a whisky-and-blues venue. Jason Scott is a co-founder of The Baxter Inn and part of the team behind Shady Pines Saloon, alongside Anton Forte.
