Alvin Sung Jaya is a Jakarta-based co-founder of Carrots Bar, an intimate cocktail bar in SCBD, Jakarta, co-founded with Monica Jonan and creative partner Anthony Luis. Carrots is recognized for its playful, community-driven approach to cocktails and was ranked No. 34 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025 and No. 21 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2026.
