Monica Jonan is the co-founder of Carrots Bar, an intimate cocktail bar in SCBD, Jakarta, operating from the Fairgrounds basement with a rotating menu of contemporary, culinary-driven drinks and a focus on community and personalized service. Carrots was co-founded by Monica Jonan and Alvin Sung Jaya, with creative partner Anthony Luis, and was recognized by Asia's 50 Best Bars in 2025 and 2026.
