Monica Jonan is the co-founder of Carrots Bar, an intimate cocktail bar in SCBD, Jakarta, operating from the Fairgrounds basement with a rotating menu of contemporary, culinary-driven drinks and a focus on community and personalized service. Carrots was co-founded by Monica Jonan and Alvin Sung Jaya, with creative partner Anthony Luis, and was recognized by Asia's 50 Best Bars and 2026. Other publicly surfaced material also describes Monica as an entrepreneur in Jakarta, but the Carrots Bar identity is the only one directly supported by the anchored source set.
