Anthony Luis is a Jakarta-based bartender and creative partner at Carrots, the intimate 14-seat cocktail bar in SCBD that emphasizes contemporary, culinary-driven cocktails and hospitality. He is the mixologist leading the venue’s cocktail program. He has also represented Carrots in guest shifts and industry events outside Indonesia, including Hong Kong and Macau.
