Arijit Bose is an Indian bar operator, co-founder, and creative director associated with Bengaluru’s Bar Spirit Forward and Goa’s Bar Outrigger. He is the founder of Bar Spirit Forward at Hotel Southern Star on Lavelle Road in Bengaluru and as a co-founder of Outrigger in Dona Paula, Goa, a rum-focused outlet. He is a cofounder of Countertop India and the operator behind Tesouro/Bar Tesouro, which ranked No. 4 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2022.
