Nate Sisler

Nate Sisler is the founder, owner, and master distiller of Haleiwa Distilling Co. on Oʻahu’s North Shore, where the company opened in 2025 at the Waialua Sugar Mill and emphasizes local sourcing, community events, and distilling in-house. He has also described the distillery as a way to help bring the sugar mill back to life and as a coordination point for disaster relief supplies during flooding in Hawaiʻi.
