i. Biography
Neil Henderson is the Partner and Restaurant Director at Wild Blue Restaurant + Bar in Whistler, British Columbia. Neil is a founding partner. Wild Blue says he has been instrumental in the restaurant’s recognition on Canada’s 100 Best New Restaurants and Canada’s 100 Best Restaurants lists, and that he was inducted into the BC Restaurant Hall of Fame in October 2024. The BC Restaurant Hall of Fame notes that he began his Canadian hospitality career in 1992 at Araxi and later spent more than 25 years with the Toptable Group, including leadership roles at Araxi and Bar Oso.
