Nicolas Quiñones is a hospitality and beverage professional in Atlanta who, as of July 2025, serves as Beverage Director at Castellucci Hospitality Group, where he leads beverage programs across the group’s restaurants in Atlanta and Nashville. He previously worked in Atlanta restaurant operations as General Manager of Cooks & Soldiers and, from 2008 to 2015, owned and operated Woodfire Grill in Atlanta, where he served as wine director and managed the fine-dining operation as a Certified Sommelier.
