Nicole Ramee

Nicole Ramée is a Washington, D.C.-area sommelier who was part of the Xiquet by Danny Lledó team that received the 2022 Washington, DC Sommelier Award from the Michelin Guide and Wine Access. She was born and raised in Lambertville, New Jersey, studied at the Fashion Institute of Technology, and later shifted into wine after bartending at Nektar Wine Bar in New Hope, Pennsylvania. By 2024, she was listed as a sommelier at Pineapple and Pearls, and later LinkedIn history indicates a move into beverage management and bar management in Washington, D.C.
