Nils Henkel is a German chef whose kitchen concept has been behind Tipken's by Nils Henkel at Severin*s Resort & Spa in Keitum on Sylt since spring 2023, where René Verse leads the kitchen team. His official site also says he is responsible for the kitchen concept at VÅR in Porvoo, Finland, and that Tipken's received a Michelin star in 2024. He is known for his Flora & Fauna approach, which is presented at Tipken's as a Nordic interpretation of his cuisine.
