i. Biography
Noppasate “Depp” Hirunwathit is a Bangkok-based bartender and beverage manager best known for leading Rabbit Hole’s cocktail program and later overseeing beverage operations for Watermelon Group. He won the Thai Bacardí Legacy competition with his cocktail Nostalgia, a drink inspired by childhood flavors and memories. He has also been credited as a beverage consultant and cocktail collaborator in Thailand and regional bar features.
