Okuda Masayuki (奥田 政行) is the owner chef at YAMAGATA San-Dan-Delo in Tokyo and Al-che-cciano in Tsuruoka. He opened Al-che-cciano in 2000 and later established YAMAGATA San-Dan-Delo in 2009. Earlier in his career, he served as head Western chef at Tsuruoka Washington Hotel.
