Oliver Leung is a Toronto-based bartender and co-owner of Suite 115, a hidden cocktail bar in Little Italy at 532 College Street. He is a veteran bartender with more than a decade of experience, previously at Suite 114, Project Gigglewater, Falcon Skybar at Hotel X, and Azure Restaurant & Bar at InterContinental Toronto Centre. Suite 115’s bar program is presented as Leung’s project, with his drinks menu and hospitality philosophy highlighted by local media and the venue’s own profile.
