Olivier Bourdet-Pées

Olivier Bourdet-Pees is the director general and head winemaker of Plaimont, the southwestern French wine cooperative best known for Saint-Mont and for preserving old and rare grape varieties. He is leading the cooperative’s work on regional typicity, biodiversity, and revived indigenous grapes, and reporting indicates he joined Plaimont in 2008 after prior work in Bordeaux, Tutiac, Uruguay, and South America.
