Olivier Paul-Morandini is a Belgian winemaker associated with Fuori Mondo in Tuscany, where he has built a small biodynamic estate in Campiglia Marittima, Maremma. He is the founder/owner behind Fuori Mondo, and he crafts wines from varieties including Ciliegiolo, Alicante Nero, Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Carmenère. He is the figure behind the estate’s poetic winemaking vision in the hills above the Gulf of Baratti.
