Ørjan Johannessen is a Norwegian chef associated with Mirabelle by Ørjan Johannessen in Beckerwyc House, Bekkjarvik, on the west coast of Norway. Mirabelle is his restaurant in Bekkjarvik and places him in the kitchen there, with Bekkjarvik Gjestgiveri presenting the restaurant as his gastronomic project rooted in the local “Island Gastronomy” concept. He is a Bocuse d'Or winner, with Fjord Norway noting his 2015 gold medal and his role at Bekkjarvik Gjestgiveri.
