Orri Páll Vilhjálmsson appears to be an Icelandic hospitality professional based in Dubai. He worked in restaurants from age 17, became a restaurant manager, worked at Sushi Social, and later co-founded Apotek Bar and Grill and other restaurants in Iceland before selling them in December 2019.
