i. Biography
Paco López is a Spanish chef and co-owner of the restaurant La Cuchara de San Lorenzo in Córdoba, Spain. Born in Córdoba, he trained at the Instituto Gran Capitán and served as head chef at the historic Bodegas Campos. In March 2006, alongside his brother Narciso López, he opened La Cuchara de San Lorenzo, earning a Repsol Sun and Michelin Bib Gourmand recognition for his refined Andalusian market cuisine.
