Today
Hotelschool van Gent gave Pascal Vandenheulen the formal base; Finca Popoli in Spain is where that training sits inside daily work as chef, sales, and owner. The same remit extends to Costa Blanca, where Pascal works as chef consultant for fellow chefs and restaurants, and to De Pastorie, where Pascal is chef / owner. “I have a real passion for preparing high-quality products.” Pascal has said.
