Patrice Piveteau is the cellar master and deputy managing director at Cognac Frapin in Segonzac, France, where he joined in 1991. He is an oenologist who worked in Bordeaux, Champagne, and Bergerac before building a long career at Frapin, a Grande Champagne estate in Cognac. Frapin materials and trade press credit him with shaping the house style and leading releases such as the 15 Years Old and Cellar Master Edition cognacs.
