Paul A. Young

Paul Andrew Young is an English chocolatier, pâtissier, and television personality based in London. He trained in hotel catering and management, then worked with Marco Pierre White before becoming head pastry chef at Quo Vadis and Criterion. He opened his first chocolaterie in 2006 and later built Paul A Young Fine Chocolates as a multi-store London business.
