Paul Szersnovicz is the cellar master (maître de chai) of Maison Hine in Jarnac, France, where he succeeded Éric Forget in January 2025 after serving as his assistant and then deputy cellar master. He was born in Cognac, has dual nationality, and trained in wine and spirits through a Master’s degree in Wine and Spirits Law and Management in Segonzac and a technical qualification in viticulture and oenology at the lycée de Cherves-Richemont.
