Paul-Henri Thillardon

Paul-Henri Thillardon is the founder of Domaine Thillardon in Chénas, in Beaujolais, where he established the domaine in 2008 at age 22 and has focused on organically farmed, biodynamic viticulture and natural winemaking across Chénas and Moulin-à-Vent. He is a producer rooted in a family of Beaujolais vinegrowers from the south of the region, and the domaine has expanded from its original parcels to around 12–14 hectares. He is most closely associated with Chénas, including the Chassignol site, and works with his brother Charles at the estate.
