i. Biography
Pauline Comin is the Vineyard Manager (Responsable Viticole) at Château Quintus in Saint-Émilion, where she joined in June 2023 as Vineyard and Wine Assistant before being promoted for her work overseeing vineyard management and QHSE matters. She previously gained experience in Pessac-Léognan, in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, and in New Zealand after completing agronomy and oenology training.
