一関 仁

一関仁 is the tōji (master brewer) of Fukurokuju Shuzo in Gojome, Akita Prefecture, where he is identified with the brewery’s flagship sake brands including Ippakusuisei. He is the brewer who welcomed visitors at the brewery and who helped the company expand its community-facing activity through the cafe HIKOBE, which opened in May 2018 across from the brewery.
