Phil González is a New York-based restaurant owner associated with Tomiño Taberna Gallega and Trattoria Trecolori, and is a trained sommelier who assembled Tomiño’s Spanish-focused wine list, including what was one of NYC’s largest Albariño-by-the-glass selections.
