i. Biography
Philip Dizard is a New York hospitality professional who has worked in beverage, operations, and service roles at Kin Shop, Noda, Shinji’s, and Tin’s. He won the 2022 MICHELIN Guide New York Exceptional Cocktails Award for his work as head of operations and beverage director at Noda in Flatiron. In 2025–2026, he was identified as a co-owner/managing partner behind Tin’s, a Shanghai-inspired restaurant and cocktail bar on Ludlow Street in the Lower East Side.
