Philip Tessier

Philip Tessier is the Chef Partner at PRESS Napa Valley in St. Helena, where the restaurant’s official site identifies him as leading the kitchen alongside Samantha Rudd. Press coverage also notes that he returned to the restaurant world in 2019 after a seven-year hiatus and was brought in to help revitalize PRESS; Wine Spectator reports that he later became the full-time chef at the restaurant.
