Philipp Ferber is the Culinary Director and Executive Chef at Breidenbacher Hof in Düsseldorf, where he leads the kitchen for The Duchy brasserie. The hotel’s official site identifies him as the chef behind The Duchy’s seasonal, brasserie-style cuisine, and a 2021 Breidenbacher Hof press release also names him as executive chef at the property.
